How It Works
Once a client hires Select Builders to manage their construction project, we will begin to oversee your project and work with you to ensure that your project can become a reality. The process of construction management can include the following steps:
- Visit the site location and walk the property
- Discuss with the building team about the steps for the project
- Bring in subcontractors to assist with the workload
- Manage the site with daily check-ins from our senior staff
- Guarantee all aspects of the build is up-to-code with the proper permits in place
- Mediate any unforeseen complications with the build
- Finalize the construction and turn over the successful project to the client
