What is the building process like?
The building process begins with your initial meeting with our Select Builders team and continues until we hand over the keys to your completed home. In the intermediary, we assist with navigating the complex process of any construction process, from creating turnkey proposals, securing the necessary permits, choosing an approved lender, and more.

Yes, we work with each client from the very beginning to understand and capture the vision that you have for your home. We will take every suggestion and discussion into account as we work with our architect before we provide you with the final design of your home.
How much project supervision will Select Builders provide for my project?
Our experienced Select Builders team provides daily site management for all of our projects to ensure that your home receives the necessary supervision needed to make your dream home a reality. We also provide each client with a comfortable communication process in which we will provide you with weekly updates and photos of the project.
